Depending on our customers’ requirements, we employ a variety of finishes and programs to maintain hard surface floors at the desired level. Wherever and whenever possible, we invest in technology to reduce labor hours to hold down costs. For two of our accounts that have large amounts of hard surface floors, we invested in two pieces of equipment at a cost of $25,000 for each piece in order to provide superior service at lower cost.

Our carpet programs consist of hot water extraction using the newest technology from Advance. For large carpeted areas, our equipment allows us to perform periodic deep cleaning when necessary and then maintain it with a reduced water flow that permits drying in less than 30 minutes. For smaller areas such as in and around cubicles, our equipment produces hot water at the "nozzle" that facilitates cleaning these hard to access areas.
