Perhaps nowhere is cleanliness and attention to detail more important than in a healthcare environment. We take great care to make sure proper procedures are followed at all times.

We have taken an active part in developing the written procedures that are required to comply with the requirements of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). All of our employees are thoroughly trained in these procedures.

In addition to having served a large hospital in the Central Ohio area since 1981, we have extensive experience at other full service hospitals as well as ambulatory facilities, surgical centers, doctor offices and clinics.

Today’s health care facilities are very focused on providing excellent Customer Service and many have begun to use follow-up surveys to gauge their performance. We understand this and are continuously working to do our part to make the patient experience as satisfying as it can be.
