We strive to provide quality service. To make sure we deliver, we have put together a program that allows us to do just that.
Our approach to quality starts with the people we hire. Many of our employees come to us from referrals made by our current employees. We think this says volumes about how our employees view Capital Services when they recommend their friends and relatives come work with us.
Next step is to make sure our people are completely trained, both in cleaning procedures as well as OSHA training, including written tests that cover:
- Hazardous Materials
- Bloodborne Pathogens
- Emergency Preparedness
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Lockout/Tagout Procedures
On a daily basis, our managers meet with clients to review any special requests as well as to keep both sides informed. Our managers “manage by walking around”. They are not sitting behind a desk; they are actively inspecting, reviewing, training and arranging for corrective action when necessary.
Our managers conduct formal documented Quality Assurance reviews on a regular basis to ensure that the quality our clients require is being provided. In addition, these reviews also identify retraining opportunities.
Our Area Managers and our President on a periodic basis perform additional reviews to make sure we are delivering what we promise..
