To Whom It May Concern,
I have worked with Capital Services, Inc. for fourteen years. Just being able to say we’ve had the same janitorial service for 14 years say something about their performance. Our home office campus is a demanding space. Lots of wood, carpet, stone tile, nooks and crannies…and we are picky people. CSI has been more than up to the challenge. In my opinion here are the reasons why:
Site Supervision: First of all, she’s mine, you can’t have her…but the lady assigned to our account for over 12 years has done an outstanding job. She is well-trained, patient, hard-working and manages a crew with a deft touch.
Accessibility: At every level, CSI is available and approachable.
Flexibility: I have thrown a variety of challenges and assignments at these folks. I don’t think they’ve ever said “no”. And they have never begun the discussion with “OK, but here’s the additional cost.” The site supervisor has even learned our e-mail system in order to communicate more efficiently with me. For almost five years, I have been receiving daily detailed reports on the crew’s work.
Creativity: We have solved some interesting challenges together. This is also a company that is willing to experiment when necessary.
Customer Service: Someone in this organization, probably John Schell, the founder, drove it home years ago; the customer is always right, or at least let him believe he is. These folks never make excuses.
